Four People Found Dead in Upstate New York Home

An Alabama man accused in the shooting death of a man and injuring four others in a domestic dispute has been arrested. Troy Police Captain Daniel DeWolf said the bodies were found in the basement.

According to a media report, police say a 17-year-old was seen walking behind a business in the city's downtown area late Saturday evening, around 11 p.m. Another wounded person ended up at a hospital after being driven there in a private vehicle.

One victim - 56-year-old Eddie Blair of Troy - was found in the backyard of a nearby home. Three men - 22, 29 and 57 years old - and a 49-year-old woman who lived in the home with Foster were also shot. He was treated and released from Troy Regional Medical Center.

They did not reveal the names of the victims or their ages.
