"This girl in my town had cancer and Kanye called her a couple days ago to rap for her". West calling a cancer ridden girl to rap for her. News sources have yet to confirm details about the patient, however, Kim Kardashian replied to the Twitter user. Kim says she actually received "millions of '90s photos with tiny little glasses" from Kanye.

She reportedly passed away a short time later.
