More April showers move in, cooler for Wednesday

A stray shower can not be ruled out.

After a damp start on Thursday, the 2nd half of the day will be dry and seasonable with highs in the 60s. Low pressure that brought that gloomy conditions yesterday continues lifting away to our north across Up-State New York and New England. Rain showers will start arriving by 3am across northwestern parts of the viewing area with the majority of us seeing rain by sunrise.

Tomorrow morning we will wake up dry with a good dose of sunshine but don't leave your umbrellas at home. You may want to have your umbrella on standby.

Pashinian has threatened extended protests, which continued Thursday, if the Republican Party nominates a candidate. Pashinyan has called for the "capitulation" of the Republican Party of Armenia which has a parliamentary majority.

For today, partly sunny skies with breezy southwesterly winds and an afternoon shower possible. This rain then looks to taper to scattered showers by the late afternoon into the evening. This will continue early in the day on Saturday.

We'll keep the nice weather into early next week. We will have high temperatures in the mid to upper 50s. This is about where our temperatures should be for this time of the year. The pleasant weather pattern won't stick around for very long. Sunday there will be a mix of clouds and sunshine. That will kick up northwest winds during the afternoon as well. Showers will end Saturday night and the sky will clear.

Temperatures are pretty mild compared to where we have been recently this morning, with readings mostly in the 40s out the door. Temperatures should warm into the low-60s.

Wednesday, expect sunny skies and a warm afternoon, topping out in the mid to low 80s. Overnight lows will eventually warm to the upper 50s to low 60s. Temperatures will be 10-15 degrees above average Tuesday-Thursday with highs in the upper 60's to middle 70's.
