When current users update their device's firmware to the just-released iOS 11.4, they'll be able to select German or French as optional languages. That now changes with iOS 11.4.

After that, you need to activate Messages in iCloud on your iOS devices. This will also help users free up space on their iPhones. This means you can play the same song everywhere or move music from one room to another using an iOS device, HomePod, Apple TV, or simply by asking Siri.
