The video shows one officer in Wildwood repeatedly punch Emily Weinman, 20, in the head, as another officer holds her down.

A baby - believed to be her 18-month-old daughter - can be heard crying from the sidelines.

An attorney for Weinman told the publication that the charges against her are exaggerated.

"It wasn't just that this officer chose to beat her up", he said. What are you doing? Weinman starts yelling. The officer grabs hold of her by her hair. The officer then says, "You're about to get dropped". She also shouts obscenities at the officers the entire time.

Former Obama Adviser Targeted By Roseanne Barr
Network Ten has pulled the U.S. sitcom Roseanne off the air after star Roseanne Barr sparked outrage over a racist tweet . CEO Bob Iger said the decision to end the show was "the right thing" to do.

Two officers from Wildwood Police Department were filmed trying to restrain her, with one male officer striking the woman twice in the head as she is forced into the sand before she is placed in handcuffs.

"I think it was outrageous". She kicked him and then I hit her a couple times. During the struggle, police said the camera resumes recording.

On Tuesday, Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano called Weinman the aggressor.

She says she failed a breathalyser test, but denied she had been drinking the contents of the bottle she had on her. Did she deserve to get hit?

DPRK, US officials hold talks on Kim-Trump summit at Panmunjom
Among those in North Korea on behalf of the USA was Sung Kim, the veteran diplomat and current US ambassador to the Philippines. Moon could travel to Singapore for a three-way summit with Kim and Trump next month, Yonhap News Agency reported Monday.

The mayor says the body cam video confirms his officers did the right thing under intense pressure.

"This matter is still under investigation, however, in an effort to insure transparency with the public we serve, it was imperative that this video be released as soon as feasibly possible", the statement said.

In 2017, she pleaded guilty to two counts and was ordered to pay over $7,000 in restitution and sentenced to four years probation. "She pushed him so hard it knocked the camera off". You can see Weinman and the officer collide, knocking off the body camera. When the officer turns the camera back on, the physical confrontation is underway.

Authorities say the video doesn't tell the whole story, saying the officer was assaulted first, kicked in the groin before Weinman took off running. "I told them I wasn't drinking and the alcohol was clearly closed/sealed, which the cops seen", she wrote on Facebook. The officers involved in Weinman's arrest have been identified as patrolmen Thomas Cannon, John Hillman, and Robert Jordan. All are Class II special law enforcement officers.

None of the officers have a history of using excessive force, Regalbuto said. Now that it's been released we're getting a different view of the viral incident from Memorial Day Weekend. "This year we did it again and we were having the same type of success".
