With this comprehensive lineup for next generation graphics cards, we are confident that there will be a suitable model for every gamer looking for the next level of performance.

The presentation was punctuated with a host of detailed explanations about different lighting techniques, real-time ray tracing, and other rendering techniques.

Urban Meyer investigation will end Sunday
Acting head coach Ryan Day met with the media for the first time during the Buckeyes' fall camp Friday, which began August 3. Stadium reached out to Brad Koffel, Smith's attorney, who said he had "no idea" about the lewd photographs and erotic toys.

Nvidia's 20-series GPUs will run you $899 for the GeForce RTX 2070, $1199 for the RTX 2080, and a whopping $1899 for the RTX 2080 Ti, with pre-orders for the RTX 2080 and 2080 Ti available on the Nvidia website today.

On top of that, the new RTX platform also has a dedicated Tensor Core dedicated to AI processing that Nvidia says on its own is as fast as 10 Nvidia 1080s, along with new special Turing RT cores reserved specifically for ray tracing duties. A tank firing off-screen might now be able to be seen directly, but with the RTX ray tracing enabled you'd be able to see the reflection of the explosion rendered in real time by reflective surfaces across the map.

As it turns out, for the RTX 2080-series cards, MSI is using a new Gaming X Trio nomenclature. The flagship card will have 11 GB of memory with 4352 CUDA cores, a 20% jump from the previous generation. Nvidia's new chips, which are based on a recently updated architecture known as Turing, speed things up by rendering part of an image using this existing approach, and then tapping artificial intelligence to predict and fill in the remaining light effects.

Anand Mahindra's message to Elon Musk: Hang in there
This is a big move for the couple, who met because of Musk's joke tweet involving an artificial-intelligence thought experiment. Musk is responding to a letter from Huffington on Friday in which she called on him to take more time to "refuel and recharge".

Not only that, the pre-orders for these GPUs will reportedly start right after they will be announced by Nvidia.

The Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is a beast - clocking in with 11GB of GDDR6 RAM and clocked at 14Gbps.

OMEN Obelisk Desktop will be available in September starting at $879.99. Have no doubt, this is a major architectural overhaul for Nvidia; the Turing Streaming Multiprocessor (SM) has a brand new design with the ability to perform independent floating point and integer operations. Nvidia's G-Sync feature means titles running under the card will have tear-free gameplay, refresh rates of up to 240 Hz, HDR, and 4K.

First crack at Musk could give top Tesla funds an edge
And while he says he's open to someone else taking over from him, Musk also reckons that there's no-one who could do any better. He may have been referring to short-sellers, investors betting against Tesla whom he has openly wrangled with in the past.

Eidos Montréal's Shadow of the Tomb Raider is inevitably all about shadows, showing how much softer and natural they look with the help of ray tracing.
